I’m running Beta Version 1.11.0.4666, with HDHomeRun and Plex Docker running on UnRaid
I recently had an issue that I fixed with deleting and re-installing the DVR, so thought I would share in the hope others can benefit from my labour. I noticed that I had nothing schedule record for the next 2 weeks, even though there should have been new shows to record. I tried refreshing channels, tried to refresh EPG data, when I tried to refresh EPG I noticed it was instant to finish the rescan and didn’t take about 15-30 minutes as usually does. I then went to EPG guide and noticed many of the channel shows where not searchable, and for example with no filters for a particular channel (UK Channel 4 I tried) only 4 shows would come up for a major channel, where there should be 50+
In the end jotted down my dvr settings, deleted the DVR from Plex. Rescan the HDHomeRun channels. Re-setup the DVR in Plex, entered the first 4 digits of my postcode (if you enter the full UK postcode the next/proceed button is greyed out), then accepted (pressing next button) for the recommendation for settings, such as using Freeview for EPG data. and EPG data was refreshed (but took about 40 minutes) and channel data seems to be accurate now. I noticed that many of my previous recording in schedule were still showing no shows to record, but these shows were in the programme guide as available, so this did involve manually deleting and re-adding my recordings into the schedule (by searching for them in the refreshed EPG). But at least its recording again.
