Seeing the same issue on my android phone. DVR playback is fine, live TV choppy.

How do we get this on the Plex-bug radar?

Same choppy playback on a OnePlus 3T.

The devs know about it and are working on finding out what’s causing it. I provided logs to them a couple of days ago. Hopefully they will figure out why it’s so choppy soon.

Version 6.3.4 (stable) and 6.4.0.1494 (beta) were released today and it fixed the choppy playback on my Nexus 6P.

PAL Live TV.
It was working for ages until this latest update.

If you turn off refresh rate switching, what refresh rate is your display using and is playback smooth?

Sorry for my ignorance, but where do i switch off Refresh rate switching. Looked in both the server, and Android, can’t find it anywhere.
Just a side note. It plays fine on Plex on my PC

Update - Framerate is fine on HD channels, just choppy on all SD channels.

Sorry. My fault. Forgot to mention it is on my Samsung S8 phone. :slight_smile:
