Plex DVR No Channels found - TVButler from DVBLogic with Plex on Ubuntu 18

I have just moved off a Netgear Readynas where the TVButler was working perfectly with Plex.
Since moving to the new Ubuntu 18 machine, Plex sees the TVButler device, but a scan brings back no channels.
The tuner service log shows, eg :

I should also mention that I have checked my /lib/udev/rules.d directory, and there is already a 60-tvbutler-perms.rules file in there.
Can anybody please offer any advice on how to resolve this issue?

OK - I found it. I needed to install v4l-utils. All working now
