DVBLogic TVButler DVB-C/T/T2 (100tc) Not finding any channels

Have tried on 3 different machnes 2 ubuntu and 1 fedora with latest plex, tested the usb stick with dvblogic’s own software works fine finding all channels, in the log when i do a whole uk freq scan i keep getting this 101 times

Just Bought this as plex said it was supported so i hope they can find out why it does not work as thats £50 down the drain, was going to get a homerun but none around at the moment, starting to feel regretful.

Can you post full Plex Tuner Service logs and Plex Media Server logs? We’ve worked with the DVB Logic guys, and they worked in our QA, not sure why folks are having issues with them but we’ll figure it out. They are definitely an officially supported tuner.

Have attached for viewing, wonder if its a driver issue needs v4l or permissions knowing ubuntu

Its not clear if i should of installed the dvblink server as maybe that is in control of the stick rather than plex, i could install mythbuntu as v4l drivers come pre installed kill the backend and then install plex

Hmm i am sending this tvbutler back, you cannot even use it on another pc without having to pay for another license, i do not like microsoft style companies and rules, thats why i always used linux, it does not work with mythbuntu so usual i have bought the wrong type of stick knew i should have bought hauppuage dam!!!

Have now ordered a hd homerun i think this is the safest solution will now hae to wait 2 weeks for it to arrive cant wait
