Plex DVR Recordings "Unavailable" after latest update

After updatiung to the latest preview build of PMS and my TV library was scanned, many of my older (all?) recorded files are showing as “unavailable” and ‘new content’ has been found without the episodes metadata.

this has happened to many, many series episodes.

Is this something that is related to the latest PMS update or something with my database?

Mine too, happening on DVR recordings for me - any time something is recorded it stores two copies of it in the database, one with the trash can icon.

I have manual trash cleaning due to unplugged media drives that I don’t want Plex deciding to erase the library from the database.

Only started happening with 1.40.3.8502 for me.

Also only affects DVR stuff - maybe Plex is duplicating the item from the .grab folder?

PMS has also started messing with the metadata, telling me UK shows are some random US ones and there is no way to fix match as the show title no longer appears for selection - another bug on the much unloved DVR feature it would seem.
