Plex DVR - The device was already discovered

I deleted my dvr from plex and now I have the problem, that I can not re-add the device again, due to the fact that it does not show up anymore. Even with searching the IP:PORT.

My issue is very similar to this one:

I use ubuntu linux and a network dvb-c tuner.

I already tried to delete my hole database from “Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/Plug-in Support/Databases”. But I still got the same issue.

I really would appreciate any hint on how to fix this.

Found out, that my issue comes from a bug in the software of the dvr I used and its not a plex issue.
