PLEX DVR TV Guide Issue

Hi

I have been using Plex TV Guide for sometime and all of a sudden the TV Guide on XBox One App, Android App on multiple devices, Phones Tablets etc has stopped listing anymore than one channel, This is very frustrating, I have reinstalled plex and setup the dvr feature again but to no resolve, Im currently running Plex Server 1.18.2.2015.

Can anyone suggest a fix for this.

PS. The guide works fine one the server, just doesn’t work on any client device

That’s a beta release which includes updates to the guide. If PMS is installed on Windows, I would recommend rolling back a version and setting up your channel update to be Public instead of Beta.

will i have create all my movie folders and tv folders that i have content in ?

Thanks for your help, I rolled back to 1.18.1.1973 from 1.18.2.2015 but still have the same issue with the guide

Have you restarted the apps? Otherwise, I’m not sure what’s going on…

Are you using Plex apps? Or a web browser for the mobile devices?

I have restarted the apps, im using registered plex apps on all devices

Are these managed users trying to access the guide?

I have the same issue, the guide just stops updating and at some point if you don’t catch it your guide has nothing in it. I have to delete and recreate my DVR, then it will update for a few days but then stops and the process of delete/create is needed. I’ve posted about it and have had little to no feedback…

Ive tryed updating, deleting and recreating the dvr and nothing works.
