You’ll basically have to do a giant Plex Dance with all of the files in the library, or you could rebuild the whole library by deleting and recreating it. The Plex Dance should fix it though as long as you haven’t diddled around with the agents settings. Are you sure the shows don’t exist in The TVDB? It contains a surprising amount of content. Even weird stuff. You just have to make sure you name your files correctly for the agents to match it.
