I’m not receiving any emails from Plex. A library was shared and I did not get an email about it. I tried requesting a password reset just to see if that email would make it and I did not get that either. Can you guys please assist?
Please send me the email address which is used for your server account per PM.
(I am emphasizing this, because there is actually no server in the account you are using here to access the forum.)
Looks like your mail server treated mail from Plex as SPAM for a while.
This should be fixed now.
You have been sent a ‘password forgotten’ email as a test.
You don’t need to act on it, just erase it.

Depends on how the spam filter is working there. If you find a Plex email in your spam folder or marked as ‘irrelevant’ or ‘spam’, you should change that. Some systems “learn” that way what is spam and what is not.
