Plex EPG Guide Channel Info Missing

My EPG has been working fine since the shift from Gracenote to Plex. But a couple of days ago one of my channels lost the EPG data and just says “To Be Announced”.
I am in Ottawa Canada & the station is 24.1 CICO24 (IND) TVO. This is coming from DVR—Broadcast TV - Canada Ottawa-Hull OTA Broadcast

TVO is like US PBS. All my scheduled recordings are now not working, naturally.

I have gone to Settings>Live TV & DVR>Refresh Guide (multiple times) to update the EPG data, but no resolution.

I really need this channel back with the EPG data.

What version of the Plex server are you running. If still on 1.15.x or older you need to get to current public 1.16.3.1402. There was a change in how Plex pulls in EPG data.

That is a beta version and it might be broken? 1.16.3.1402 is current production stable. I would try downgrading to stable and seeing if that helps.

Downgrading didn’t resolve the EPG data for this one channel, my assumption is the Plex data for this channel is not being captured. Hopefully Plex can resolve this issue.
