Ts-1277-1700 +nvidio GP106: transcoding error Hardware-Accelerated & play error

Player Version#: latest version on tv(samsung tv plex client V5.10.0), android & iphone

nas: ts-1277 (AMD Rayzen 7 1700 32GB)
GTX 1060 (GP106 6Gb)
QTS: 5.0.0.1891

got plex pass last week and update NAS QTS to 5.0.0.1891, the reason to have plex pass is I want active the Hardware-Accelerated I want to use GPU to transcoding

but everything goes wrong:
when I play 4K (HEVC Main 10 HDR) .MKV

playback error: This server is not powerful enough to convert video.

use (ass external) subtitles
playback error: This server is not powerful enough to convert video.

change Video Quality to any other (not Original)
playback error: An unexpected playback problem occurred

I used can play .mkv and change Video Quality, but now I can not
I do not know what’s wrong with it
one thing for sure is it should be powerful enough to playback

I found the problem.
the reason is my QNAP has a multip network interface working at the same time.
to solve the issue, I temp disabled other networks, leave only one connection, and reinstall the PMS. restart the server
