Plex Media Server is failing to properly access the EPG from VBox XTi 3442, preventing DVR display/recording most local commercial channels in Sydney, Australia.

When pointing VLC Media Player at every Live TV channel output by VBox XTi 3442, whether using Plex EPG for Sydney, Australia, or a separate EPG from http://xmltv.net/xml_files/Sydney.xm.l, VLC correctly displays each channel with correct audio, etc. Plex, on the other hand, can only access a couple of the lower ordered channels, and fails to connect to, or Playback most other channels (particularly the commercial channels for the 7 & 9 groups).
As such Plex’s claim to support the VBox XTi 3442 as a DVR Tuner is WRONG!
I have done a lot of work over the last few days with the Aust/New Zealand distributor of that device to identify the problem. I’d be happy to provide any material requested by Plex Support to assist in fixing the problem.
