Plex fails to play videos on Samsung AU8000 smart tv

Greetings, I recently bought a Samsung AU8000 smart TV. The problem is that some files cannot be played. It comes up with a message stating that “An unknown error has occurred” with no error ID code. I have seen that there is a problem with certificates between Plex and Samsung, but I tried using this solution without it working.
The strange thing is that said files work perfectly on another much older Samsung TV connected to a chromecast 2. They also look fine on my other devices. They only fail on the Samsung AU8000.
The only thing I have found is to lower the picture quality but it loses a lot. Below I paste the characteristics of one of the videos that fail.

I had trouble playing some movies with similar error, but it only happened while trying to cast from other devices. It helped me, maybe it will help you too:

Plex TV App → Settings → Video → Remote Quality → Original
