I have tried all fixes that have been listed on this and other forums. When is plex going to attend to the problem? If there is a fix that I am unaware of, please let me know

That solution does not work on all samsung tv’s (AU8000). I tried it and nothing. The only thing that works for me sometimes is to lower the video quality but it loses a lot. Plex should have solved it by now, it’s been a long time and there are a lot of complaints.

I get that error when a PGS subtitle is enabled. Is it the same for you?
You can chose ‘no subtitle’ in the playback option of the movie.
