Hi,
I have Plex app on my FireHD and I purchased the one time activation in December when I bought the tablet. I have just tried to play some content and its asking me to ‘activate’. I follow the steps to activate and it is not recognising that I have already paid and is trying to direct me to Amazon to pay again. I have fully reset the device, signed in and out of Plex and Amazon multiple times.
I am signed in on the Amazon store with the account I purchased the app and I can see it in my purchase history. I am signed into Plex with the account I use and was signed in with when I purchased the activation.
The logs say it found the receipt but that the purchase was canceled. You probably need to contact Amazon to find out why as we don’t have access to look into the details more than that.
