Plex for Android app not connecting to Library

Server Version#: 1.43.0.10162
Player Version#: 2025.27.0 Android App

In my android app, it shows that I am connected to the server (tried both locally and remotely) but when I select the library it give me the error “Uh Oh… Something’s Not Right Sorry, that didn’t work. You may not have access to this media server.”

Please note that when I login via my browser (on my phone) it works just fine both locally and remotely. Am I missing something?

Sometimes it will work, but then it keeps showing the error. Usually the library will only open from the button under the “Browse Library” suggestion in the feed on home page. If i click the Libraries button directly on the bottom menu bar I get this same error all the time.
Happens on both local wifi and remote connection

So it randomly started working again. Also, works on plexamp app.
