Tons of logs have been provided. Admins & devs have been tagged and drawn to this post, unless they ignored it. Your customers basically figured out the issue for you, now all you have to do is say “We’ve heard you, we’re working on it and we’ll keep you posted.” and then have that not be a lie.
Customer service isn’t hard, people manage to do a good job of it while making $10/hr. Weird how a bunch of admins and devs who undoubtedly make more than that can’t even manage the simplest form of customer service for their paying customers. Makes me wonder how much profit I could make just stealing Plex’s idea, doing it better, and then actually communicating with customers…
