I have a PS4 that is playing audio but no video on a lot of my media.
Playback settings are
Transcode:
MKV > MPEGTS
h264 (Hardware Transcode)
Audio Transcode (EAC 5.1 > AAC 5.1)
No Subtitles
I’ve tried turning AC3/EAC3 support on/off as well as enabling direct stream/play and disabling it.
I’m not sure what else to do.
I am having the exact same thing happen to me
I confirmed it’s working on other devices and locations
Rebooted power cycled modem
Fully uninstalled and reinstalled the plex app
And it’s sporadic like an example
I am trying to watch episode 7 of a series but it won’t play the video but episode 6 plays fine.
And I’ve confirmed the episode I am trying to view works else where
