does anyone know why, some files on plex wont play when trying to play through ps4, I have to watch on my tablet when a file wont play now, it just loads forever. but when opening on tablet its instant. and the file type seems to be the same as some that will play. I don't get it, is there a certain reason? Would be awesome to know so I don't continue getting the wrong files, almost every file the last few days ends up not working through ps4
