Plex for Roku shows "Limited Connection" but no other device on internal network does

Server Version#: 1.23.3.4706
Player Version#: 6.7.28.7055

I am running Plex inside of a docker container, network mode host, with Ubuntu 20.04 as the host.
My server is connected via ethernet, my client is connected by 5Ghz 802.11AC WiFi ~10’ away from the access point.

My Roku connects via Plex’s relay and only offers “limited” connection, whereas all other devices connected to the same access point on the same internal network have no issues direct connecting.

I have attached fresh logs for starting the same episode on the Roku vs on my iOS device that streams direct.
Plex Media Server Logs_2021-06-18_01-25-37 iOS.zip (4.2 MB)
Plex Media Server Logs_2021-06-18_01-23-48 ROKU.zip (4.9 MB)

On the left is my Windows PC with Plex Web on the internal network, streaming just fine.
On the right, is Plex for Roku which is using the relay for some reason. It shows it as coming in on the loopback interface on my server?

Upon further investigation, this happens with with host or bridge networking in Docker.

Don’t know what was actually broken, but turns out it was some oddity
with my Spectrum router. The Ruckus WAP I use was plugged in to the
built-in switch on my Spectrum router, moving the WAP to the same switch
my server is on worked. All fixed now!
Thanks for the advice!
