Hello all.
I am tracking an issue that is related to this other users post exactly;
I am currently on all latest firmwares and updates for my Roku and server. However, this issue does not affect other devices such as Android TV/Mobile, as well as plex web and Plex For Windows client.
The workaround is simply removing the movie from collections or disabling it entirely.
To replicate the issue. Try to play specifically a movie that is apart of a collection. In this case, a collection that was created automatically. It should take exactly 30 seconds to play.
Please let me know if you require further logs, further steps to troubleshoot, and more information on my infrastructure feeding the plex clients.
