Hi,
Just installed the latest version of Plex for Windows 64-bit Client on my Acer Laptop. My PMS sits on a Synology D1522+ NAS. I have a library of Old Time Radio Program MP3 file episodes. Some of the Programs, for example, “Superman” have a total of 1,162 total episodes. Following Plex instructions, I have used the Music library format requirements to store each of the Programs. So, Superman (Artist) has its own folder; followed by The Complete Series folder (Album). Inside that Album are my 1,162 MP3 episode files.
Here’s the problem I noticed…
When accessing The Complete Series Album on my TV, Android app; or by using the Synology hosted PMS, Plex corectly displays all 1,162 MP3 Superman episodes. However, when logging into the Plex for Windows Client App on my Acer Laptop, Plex only displays the first 400 MP3 episodes of that Album. There is no “Next Page” option. I even waited to see if the loading process was slow. It wasn’t. The rest of the episodes never load. I don’t have any NAS file limitations set for OS, App or Browser being used. I even tried clearing Cache, etc. Nothing is working. I am at a loss as to why this is happening. I think it is a legitimate bug, but I may be missing a setting or something else.
Does anybody know why this is happening? Is this a legitimate Windows based limitation? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated?
Thank you and happy holidays.
