I have this Rolling Stone Magazine’s 500 Greatest Songs Of All Time “album” and the web player only displays the first 250ish ones (the scroll bar cannot go lower). Sometimes it shows more, but reverts back to 250 quickly.
I am trying to split the song list into 5 discs of 100 songs, but that does not seem to help.
Not a big issue, but i thought I would report.
For what it’s worth, it’s working fine in PlexAmp.
Thanks.

I’m unable to reproduce the issue. I created an album 500 tracks, and I am able to scroll though all of them.
I’m not sure how handy your are with the browser dev tools, but there should be a /children request when you load the details page for the album that contains all the tracks.
I wonder if something is up with the data that the web client isn’t handling properly.
When I reload the page it seems to work for a few moments, but a lot of actions would seem to make it stop working: for instance, change a song number or change a song name.
I am able to reproduce some issues where changing metadata like disk number doesn’t properly reflect the changes on the album details page after making the edit. I’ll look into fixing that.
However, the report of your original issue where it doesn’t display more than 250 items I am unable to reproduce.
Unfortunately with out steps that I can follow to reproduce the issue it will be difficult for me to diagnose and fix the problem.
If you are able to figure out how to reliably reproduce this issue please do share, and I’ll do my best to fix it!
I tried with Safari (14.0) and I have a similar issue: at first ,all songs are displayed, and after changing some info on a song, the list is truncated. Do you think there would be a log file I could send you that would be useful?
No, there are no logs that would be helpful unfortunately. Since you mention it’s an issue across multiple browsers I’m left to think that the album data is in a bad state that we’re not handling gracefully.
I’d need to see it to try and figure out what the problem is.
Did the Plex dance, did not work. Completely re-tagged the files with XLD and re-imported them, and it seems to work. Somehow the tags inside the files were messing up with Plex web.
