Plex for Windows crashes on start

Plex for Windows started crashing, presumably after an update.
Since then I use the Plex Media Player Version 4.29.2

I thought, after updating to Windows 11, it would be working again, but it doesn’t.

I tried some older versions.
Plex-1.6.5.1097-3bb9dc68 works fine and updates to 1.29.0.1885-67668ec3, which is the last version that my system can run. With the next update it crashes right after showing the splash screen window.

My system is a 64bit Windows 11 Pro, 21H2,
Build 22000.493
Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22000.493.0
Intel(R) Core™ i5-8259U CPU @ 2.30GHz 2.30 GHz
16GB RAM

I also have trouble with the download feature on my Android 11 tablet. I can’t get any download ruinning on my home wi-fi, where it should, since the synchronizing feature works fine. So I thought, maybe there is an option I have to set in the current Plex for Windows, but I cant’ get that running.
