I’ve just installed the Plex app in a laptop with Windows 10 and while I expected to have the same app UI that I’ve got in my desktop app:
I’m stuck with this one where I can’t even use the feature of looking for subtitles:
I’ve downloaded the installer from the Plex website, same as I did in my desktop but they are very different, being the latter much more win10-esque.
What can I do to use the UI in the first screenshot for my laptop?

Looks like the Windows Store app on the bottom screenshot. You likely have 2 Plex apps installed on that machine, one is the new download, the second is the store app and have started the `wrong’ one.
Yes, the lower screenshot shows the old, deprecated Windows store app. Uninstall it.
You were right, I don’t know how that got installed, and since they both had the same icon and name it was hard to tell them apart. Thank you very much
