Plex for windows not opening

So until yesterday I was using the desktop version normally, but this morning, without any updates on windows or plex itself, it just won’t start anymore. Well, actually it does start, but stays minimized all the time, and I can’t maximize it.

I did restart my computer (I didn’t turn it off yesterday) and reinstall the software, but the problem persists.
Any idea about what happened and how to fix it?

2 days later and the problem is still happening. Anyone knows what to do?
