Hello,
Even after the installation of a brand new computer (Windows 10), the Plex media player which I downloaded from the website, it is not -really- starting up. It shows the Plex logo at the taskbar but that’s all about it. I tried starting it on administration mode, on airplane mode but doesn’t start.
Any ideas how i could fix this?

Yes it’s an easy fix. I just had the exact same problem on a new install of Windows Home version. It was fine on WinPro. I tried a reinstall but it was just the same. It seems like Plex is running but I suspect the window is out of sight with bad window size parameters. Just hover over the seemingly open Plex tab on the taskbar and right-click the gear icon, or anywhere in that box, and click ‘maximise’. That made is show up ok on my PC. Each time I tried to resize the window it disappeared again, but after some messing around it seems to be working normally again.
This problem like I said was on Windows Home but it was also a 4k screen so I don’t know what was causing the trouble. I did try changing the display settings but it still didn’t show up until I tried maximising it.
