No sound from some file on Plex for Windows, Samsung and LG apps.
No problem from Browser Plex. Maybe codec problem?

I searched for that function on Plex for windows but i have no found it. Now i can’t try on my Smart TV
In Plex Desktop select Show Advanced to have the Debug menu appear.
Settings → Plex for Windows → General. Select Show Advanced.
Debug should appear below Quality.
Is Force Direct Play enabled? If so, disable it.
