Using Plex’s new metadata engine and doing some refreshing, I am getting several of these albums that seem to have lost their data. Going back to the original files in iTunes, all the data is still there. Is there an instruction to reread the data from iTunes? Refresh metadata does not seem to help.
I’m having the same issue… some tracks have no title, despite it being in the ID3 tag and all fields filled out appropriately. Unfortunately I’ve been unable to get a response from anyone at Plex.

I’m having the same issue…
In my case, I have hundreds of track compilations and I receive about 5-10 per week. This used to work perfectly, now Plex cannot seem to extract the embedded track and album art as they are added.
I’m running Plex Server 1.18.1.
If I reboot Plex, it seems to scan and gather the correct metadata.
