Hello I deep dove into Plex this weekend and have purchased the lifetime subscription to show support.
I love this Plex App
Anyhow I have discovered I cannot Play any Plex Free Movie content on my mobile phone.

Can anyone educate me as to why I cannot?
This only occurs utilizing my phone to access the Plex Free Movie content.

What happens when you try to play the free content?
I am able to play the free content just fine on my S9,
Do you happen to have any ad or tracker blocking software installed on your phone? Sometimes those block streaming service ads, which causes the whole app to just stop.
I can play everything else on my Phone S10
I just can’t play the Plex free Movies
I get an error and it says
“The Server is not powerful enough to convert video”
