This is a bizarre bug. I have a movie that Plex has no problem getting metadata for director, actors, etc. but no matter how many times I refresh it will not grab posters/backdrops. Added another movie right after and it grabbed the posters/backdrops for that one just like normal but still not for the first one. Really weird.
