I have cut my cord and very desperate.

Please disable ‘verbose’ logging.
Please disable ‘Allow Plex Media Server tokens in logs’

Shut down Plex server
wait a few seconds.
Start Plex Server
Wait 5 minutes.
Fetch Logs again.

Did you attach your server directly to the internet?
Is the server situated in your home or somewhere else?
Does your server have several network adapters? (e.g. wired and wireless)
Did you recently add or change a device in your network infrastructure?
Have you recently changed your network configuration? (I see that you use an IP range that is not designated to be used in a private network)

Can you describe what doesn’t work? Apparently you can access the web app just fine.

Perform a hard disk check (scandisk) on your drive D:

This is after trying to reinstall PMS.

Your Plex database is damaged.
You need to repair it.

Side note: you are using an IP range that doesn’t belong to you.
This may work under some circumstances but may suddenly create issues if the rightful owner decides to actually use this IP range.

This sql repair is beyond me, is there a way to just delete it and start all over?

Starting over with a fresh database is listed right at the top of that article - See below

Note: You can also simply delete the com.plexapp.plugins.library.db database file while the Plex Media Server is not running. Restarting the server will then restore your server to a nearly-fresh install state. (i.e. You will lose your existing libraries and need to recreate them, but you won’t be affecting your content itself.)

But see if you have an older backup first

Thank you it appears to be working

If you are OK with it, zip it up, upload it to e.g. GDrive and send me the download link. I can try my luck repairing it for you. Don’t forget to include the 3 files

com.plexapp.plugins.library.db
com.plexapp.plugins.library.db-shm
com.plexapp.plugins.library.db-wal

Important: zip them up while Plex server is shut down!
