PLEX home is failing

Hello, I have a problem with PLEX HOME, for 2 days I have been trying to add a new user to my PLEX HOME, but when I send the invitation, the target user only receives an invitation as a friend and access to the library, but it is not integrated to the home, and when updating it still does not appear as part of my home, also when trying to add again, it sends me a message that that member is already part of my home which is not true, I am trying with different accounts and nothing, Also, if I have the PLEX PASS active, any solution?
It should be noted that previously I could, currently I only have 3 users in my Home but this problem has not occurred to me for 2 days

From reading the Plex FAQ it’s my understanding that the device you want to add must be on the same home network, other ways to add would be to send a friend request, link the device, or sign the device into your account. It’s important to note that you should verify the identity of the device added so that if you need to you can remove it later.

Hello, thank you for your response, yes I was testing and apparently PLEX updated its system and now the invitations to PLEX HOME are directly by email, it is no longer from the same plex, and it is only sending the invitations to PLEX accounts that have the verified email, that is why I did not receive the invitations, because the accounts I tried were not verified, but thanks to your comment I tried with a verified account and it could be added to the plex home. thank you
