Home Screen empty only for Home admin, managed accounts fine

I have a server running on Synology NAS. 1 home admin with 2 managed accounts.

When accessing the server via my local ip login 192.168.xxx.xxx or via app.plex.tv I see “Home Screen is empty” and “get media server”. So don’t see any of my media. However if I switch user to any of the other 2 managed users, it works fine and I see all the media on my server.

Note, when using a Plex app (iOS) I can see my media with the home admin user

Using Plex/web, have you checked the Home Admin settings?

Assuming that checks out,

1. Sign out of Plex web (upper right)
2. Open a new incognito window
3. Sign in and confirm you’re the admin.

Thanks @ChuckPa Confirmed, I’m the Home Admin.

on my Admin user I see this on “my media”, while other (managed) users do see the media on the server.

Note1: I’m on my local work.

Note2: on my Ipad I can see my media on all users including admin (Plex ios 8.45 (before the IOS plex app got downgraded in workable features)

Note3 on my iphone, only managed users can see media (latest ios plex app)

All worked fine last week.

Have updated to the latest version of Plex server for Synology. No joy. still the same issue.

FYI, same when using safari or Chrome. no difference.
