Plex HTPC 1.30.1.3391-8c2e653b FF/Rewind skip not working

I upgraded to version 1.30.1.3391-8c2e653b of Plex HTPC (on Windows 11) and the fast forward/rewind (skip ahead/back) ceased functioning. Play, Pause, and other functions seemed to work fine.

Initially I was running on server 1.29.1.6316-f4cdfea9c, then upgraded to server 1.29.2.6364-6d72b0cf6 (both on Windows 11), but the FF/RW issue persisted.

Rolled back to 1.29.1.3369-1f58e00d of Plex HTPC and FF/RW working perfectly.
