Hello! It has been a few days (possibly after a Plex Server update?) that everytime I fast forward/rewind or Skip (back and forward) watching videos, the player hangs. Then, I have to exit the video and play it again to continue viewing. This is so annoying, because I cannot skip partes of the video or jump to the following episode in a season.

I’m having the same issue on a 2021 version Roku Ultra feeding my Samsung. Roku is up to the latest Plex released and preview. Occurs on either. I get a spinning reload wheel showing 33%. Retry does no good. I need to either wait for the Stop option or manually go back and start the recording, after ensuring that Resume is highlighted. Has been happening for about a week and doesn’t matter which OTA TV recordings I am watching.
Is there anyone from Plex reading this forum? Or is it just a user forum?
This issue is very annoying. I cannot fast forward, rewind or skip forward/back anything because it hangs for a while and then gives me a “Cannot reproduce - Timeout error” screen.
Is there any channel to ask for support? I am a Plex Pass user and if I try to contact Plex support I am redirected here or to a FAQ page.
Following, I have the same issue on an LG TV. Yes it started after a Plex Server update so I will wait a while to see if they fix it and if not I guess I will look into rolling back.
