Plex HTPC - not working with TIDAL?

Hello,

I recently bought an annual subscription to Plex as I’ve grown tired of how unpolished my old Kodi setup was.
I integrated my TIDAL subscription and I’m having a really frustrating issue with Plex HTPC on Windows - if I play local files it works great from Plexamp on Android and I can make the Windows HTPC play this audio through our speaker system just fine with cast, but if I try to cast a TIDAL track to the HTPC it doesn’t work. Is this a bug? I tried with another HTPC instance on Mac and it didn’t work either. Please advise on what I should do…

Additionally, is there no way to control the volume of the audio when casting to the HTPC?

It’s been over a month with no resolution to this issue
Are there any support staff that I can raise this query to? Very disappointing.
