Plex HTPC starts with a frozen frame, jumping forward 30 seconds starts playback

Hi all, I’ve just built a new HTPC Mini PC which is based on Ryzen 7735 with Radeon 680M Graphics.

Plex HTPC is working fine on some TV/Movies, but on most when you click play, a static image appears and playing does not start. Using the debug screen, the state is “waiting seeking”. If you hit the right arrow to advance 30 seconds, playback is perfect. The ones it works on or doesn’t work on are either x265 or h264 - there’s no pattern.

I’ve tried multiple settings including different audio configurations, hardware accelleration, match frame rate and resolution on/off. I can’t get it to play automatically. All of these files work fine on other PCs running HTPC. I’m using the original mpv-2.dll.
