Plex HTPC "Video Aspect: Force 4:3 video to 16:9"

Finally transitioned from PMP to Plex HTPC and it looks like the zoom option of “Video Aspect: Force 4:3 video to 16:9” that was available in PMP is gone… Any way to get that back by config modification? I don’t want to force everything to 16:9, or have to change it between every piece of content with a different aspect ratio.

Please, no cinephile responses about the heretical nature of video stretching. I have a mint Panasonic P65ZT60 Plasma I want to keep that way as long as humanly possible, and my kid loves watching old 4:3 cartoons on it…

This option was removed out of its complexity and little usage.

Well alright then, back to the legacy PMP software I go! Which is a bummer, because Plex HTPC is better in every other way aside from that. Guess I’ll change over if I ever replace this plasma…
