Plex in-app purchase for Android device not working

Hi,

I’ve installed the Plex app for my Android device (Android box) using Google Play.
I’ve saw that there is a limit for playback, so I want to activate plex in my Android device.
But, instead of see the window to Activate or Subscribe a Plex Pass, plex is connecting to a server and give to me a message that I need a Plex Pass to activate my device.

It seems strange because the instructions in the PLex Support page are clear ( Unlocking or Activating Plex for Android | Plex Support)

UPDATE: I have a Plex Media Server running in a Seagate PersonalCloud device. I want to watch videos and photos in my Android Device without playback limit, stored in this server.

Any help are welcome.
