  1. move all files for the show out of ‘sight’ of plex
  2. update library (not ‘force update’ not ‘Refresh all’)
  3. empty trash
  4. clean bundles
  5. double check naming schema and move files back
  6. update library

in this order

@OttoKerner, does this erase user’s viewing history? Not sure how the viewing history is stored vs. the metadata
