same here

I also have the same problem. See post Update from Plex 1.30.0 to 1.41.8 on QNAP TS-673A.

Please can someone from Plex respond?

@andreseng Sorry for the late response. Are you still observing this problem? After installation the Plex Media Server service may not be automatically started. In the WD interface there should be a toggle to Turn On the app. Is this toggle set to On?

@shachar0n @walter_araya same to you.

Sometimes we overlook the simplest things. In my defense, this is the first time I needed to do this following an update. :woozy_face:

Run APP: switch ON and OFF work just like button function, but the CONFIGURE button still grey and then the service not run, and the configure dont work, not clickeable.

version: 1.41.6.9685 its fine.
later versions all with problem to the lastone: 1.41.8.9834

reboot WD is not solution.

So when you select the Run App switch to ON, you PMS is not starting? You may need to wait a minute or two for it to start up and a browser refresh before the Configure link to become clickable. If selecting the Run App switch to ON does not actually start PMS then can you please provide PMS logs? You can install the 1.41.6.9685 again and download your logs and share them with me.

This works on my problems on my WD EX2 Ultra. Im so happy. it has giving my problems for over 6 months now. tHX
