I just bought a combo Plex Pass and Tidal subscription. The Tidal account is linked. I can play my movies and tv shows…but this Tidal integration…is a joke. Doesn’t work on AppleTV 4k either.
Anyone have similar experiences? I searched this forum and found a number of posts, unresolved, from like 2019.

Both of those devices support the TIDAL playback. What’s not working? Is it only playing the 30 second previews?
Sorry, should’ve provided more detail. I can’t even see my content/tracks/playlists. It just says it’s unavailable. This happens even if my phone is on the same network as the Plex server, or remote. The native Tidal app works fine on all devices.
Try signing out of one of the clients and singing back in. See if that makes a difference.
Tried that, on both. Also signed out of the Tidal app directly. Also rebooted the devices.
