Plex is broken on all devices

Server Version#: 1.18.0.1913-e5cc93306 Jul 16, 2019
Player Version#: Version 4.18.1 (Web Player)

I have a Netgear R9000 with the built in support for Plex. I kept getting an unable to connect error a couple months ago and it has not worked since then. The last time this happened I had to delete Plex from my HDD that is attached to my router and reinstall. This time around I have done the same, except now everytime I click “open Plex” on my router GUI I get the following message:

" You may not be connected to your Router’s WiFi network. To access routerlogin.com, your device must be connected to your Router’s WiFi network. Check your current connection and try again.

For more information about how to access routerlogin.com, visit Router login page cannot be displayed

I followed the directions and even downloaded Firefox and opened it on that and it says the same thing as on Chrome. In the past I could bypass this problem by just going to Plex.tv and managing my library through there. Now when I do that and go to “+ your media” it tells me to download Plex media server and does not allow me to add any media. I said screw it and decided I would just download Plex for Windows and run my media server from my PC. Well guess what, same problem. When I go to “+ your media” it still tells me download Plex media server. I’m not sure what the deal is, but I’m really pissed off I bought a $400 router primarily for the Plex feature and can’t use it on there, let alone my PC. I can’t find any support for this on the Netgear forums and haven’t seen anything relevant here either. Please help!
