Plex is bugging for me ne doubt , having trouble with getting the tittles

You may see better results if you adhere a little more closely to Plex’s naming guidelines for TV shows. Your naming is close, but doesn’t conform to Plex’s suggestions in two areas:

  1. Your season directory name should be named just “Season XX” and should not include the series name. In your example, it should be “Season 01” instead of “Knight rider season 1.”
  2. The season and episode information in the file name should be in “SXXEYY” format. Plex will do its best to make sense of other formats but is always able to match them correctly. It’s best to stick with the guidelines above.

In addition, ensure that your library folder points to the directory which contains all of your series. In your case, your library folder should be “Z:\serier” (this assumes all your other shows are located in this directory as well).

You may also want to demote the priority of Local Media Assets for TheTVDB and The Movie Database agents in Settings -> Agents -> Shows. I don’t think that Plex uses tag information from AVI files, but I’m not positive.

If you decide follow any of the guidance above, follow it up with the Plex Dance again on the whole series.

Finally, keep in mind that what has worked for one show may not work for all. Just because you’ve had success with the NxMM season/episode naming scheme for other shows doesn’t mean it will work with Knight Rider (or any other you add). Since you’re using Filebot, you can have it take care of naming everything per Plex’s guidelines automatically by using its Plex binding.
