Plex is reordering a manually ordered collection

Server Version#: (Windows 10) 1.41.5.9522
Player Version#: (All - phone, GTV, and web) but in this case Web 4.145.1

I am seeing Plex reorder various movie collections I have set to ‘custom’ and manually ordered. I am assuming this is a defect as there is really nothing to set other than ‘custom’ in the collection itself.

Am I missing something I need to set? Any hints would be appreciated OR if this is a known defect let me know and I’ll stop trying to reorder until its fixed.

Just replying to keep this open and state that I’ve seen the same issue for YEARS. It’s complained about on the Plex subreddit as well at least 2 years ago.

Super annoying.

Also experiencing this issue on Windows. I manually set the order within a collection, and Plex looks like it saves the order. But then when I return later, it has randomized the collection again.
