You just have to look at how the show is listed on TVDB or TMDB and name it the same way
Change the show folder
i.e.
The Office (2001)
The Office (US) (2005)
Shameless (2004)
Shameless (US) (2011)
Take both shows out, rename the folder and Plex dance ← click
