Plex isn't finding my episodes

I have seen a few topics about this but no definite answers on how to fix it. I am adding TV shows to my plex server and trying to get them all recognized, figured out that to have them seen it needs to be S01 E01 and not S1 E1, but I am trying to add a couple that are S01 E020.5 format. When I add them in the S01 E020.5 they just show up as S01 E020. I have checked the TVDB and The Movie DB to see how they are labeled in there as stated in another post, TVDB does recognize that there is a 20.5 episode and The Movie DB doesn’t, so I just have it pulling from TVDB, but plex isn’t seeing the episode and when it does it just bundles it with S01 E020 and not making S01 E020.5. Has anyone found a fix to this or a way to manually add the show where it will be in the right order?

In case it makes a difference here is the build-out of my set-up:
R610 esxi 6.0 with a Windows 10 vm running plex
R510 running freenas for my storage
using Chrome for playing videos

Server Version#: 1.18.4.2171
Player Version#: Using chrome

The file name needs to match what thetvdb.com has. What show is this that you’re trying to add?

Here is the show info in the link. It is episode 20.5 and 21.5.

That episode is a special – try using the name S00E01 and S00E02 for each of them as per how TVDB has called out at this link -> https://www.thetvdb.com/series/shiki/seasons/official/0

It just sucks that I can’t have them fall in place where they are supposed to be. Would be nice if we could add our content manually to be able to fix things ourselves. So far I am liking plex, still new to the whole thing, but would be nice to have a manual feature. That did work and pulls the right info now.
