Both ROKU and PLEX are updated to current versions as of this writing.
Recently updated 2 of my 3 TV’s to new ROKU’s. With the new ROKU’s…Plex is not working correctly with movies that I stream from my PC. Some movies work fine, but some have audio issues making the movie sound like a record constantly skipping. The old ROKU still works fine with ALL movies I stream from my PC!! Obviously a new issue and I am guessing Plex has not been updated some new ROKU hardware upgrade. (The ROKU software is the same on all my devices and the lastest version) So I am wondering when and if a fix is coming. Sadly , without a fix, Plex is not such a great product for me. I am currently a Plex Pass Holder and loved Plex before this issue arose. Please advise when a fix is coming. THANKS!

I was able to force ROKU to reinstall software 9.3.0 and it plays HEVC 5.1 Audio from within the MKV package again . I don’t know how long this can be done but the ROKU app for PLEX needs a fix for the ROKU OS v9.4.0
