Roku devices will not play movies that were added to Plex server after

I am running the plex media server on a TerraMaster NAS device and it was updated on 11/17/2024 using version 1.41.2.9200 TPK file. After that update any movies that were added to the database would not play on Roku devices. I tried playing the movies on 4 different Roku devices and they all stopped at 33 percent and said playback has stopped due to multiple errors. Please check your connection and try again. There is nothing wrong with my connection because plex does play movies on the Roku devices that were added before the update on 11/17/2024. Also, those same movies play well on my android phone, tablets, and computers. So, there is nothing wrong with the movie files themselves.

How can I fix this problem?

Version 1.41.3.9292 update just installed 12/11/2024 seemed to fix the movies not playing on Roku from movies added after 11/17/2024. So, the problem appears to be fixed.
